Privacy Policy — Kite Royale

Kite Royale ("we", "us", or "the app"), developed by Aditya Dudhal, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Data we collect and why

• Advertising (Google AdMob). Kite Royale shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information in order to serve and measure ads.
• Online game services (Unity Gaming Services). To provide online multiplayer, matchmaking, and leaderboards, the app creates an anonymous player identifier and transmits gameplay data such as match results, scores, and connection information. No name, email address, or login is required to play.
• On-device diagnostics. Crash and error logs are stored only on your device to help us fix bugs. They are not uploaded to us or any third party.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

Kite Royale is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Data retention and how to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your device in Kite Royale (developed by Aditya Dudhal), follow these steps:

1. Email adityadudhal97@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. So we can locate your data, include your device's Google Advertising ID (Android: Settings → Google → Ads), or simply state that you played Kite Royale on your device.
3. We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

Data that is deleted: any advertising/analytics identifiers and anonymous gameplay data (match results, scores) linked to your anonymous player identifier that are held by us or forwarded to our service providers (Google AdMob, Unity Gaming Services).

Data that is kept: aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to your device may be retained for legal and operational purposes. Crash and error logs are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. On-device game progress is likewise removed on uninstall.

Retention period: we do not collect personal data, so none is retained by us. Advertising identifiers are retained by Google AdMob and Unity Gaming Services under their own policies; deletion requests are forwarded to them where applicable.

Security

Data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit, and we rely on the industry-standard security measures provided by Google and Unity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
